Through 7 PM CST...the rain may be heavy at times...producing hourly rates over a half of an inch an hour for several hours in a row. This will certainly fill small creeks and streams with ponding of water on the roadways. In addition...the winds will be southeast at 25 to 35 miles an hour...with gusts to 45 miles an hour. With a very saturated ground and strong winds expected...a few trees may have the tendency to fall. The temperatures will range from the middle 50s to the lower 60s.
