9 am CST Thursday...

* snow/sleet/ice accumulations... snow accumulations of 3 to 6
inches... sleet accumulations of 1 to 3 inches... and ice
accumulations of less than a quarter of an inch are expected.

* Timing... 9 am CST Wednesday morning to 9 am CST Thursday morning.

* Impacts... travel will become hazardous. Scattered power outages

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Maximum forecast stage of 10.0 feet Thursday March 5.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Forecast to rise above flood stage by Wednesday March 4 and
continue to rise to near 10.0 feet by Thursday March 5.The river
will fall below flood stage by Friday March 06.
* At 10.5 feet... flooding on agriculture land near the river.
