... A significant weather advisory has been issued for northern Faulk
and southern Edmunds counties until 715 PM CDT...
At 636 PM CDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a
strong thunderstorm 5 miles north of Loyalton... or 15 miles southwest
of Ipswich... moving southeast at 15 mph.
A few locations in the advisory include Loyalton.
Penny to nickel size hail... and winds around 40 to 50 mph are
expected with this storm.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
if threatening weather approaches... seek shelter indoors.
