Blizzard Watch
Statement as of 4:23 AM CST on March 02, 2015

... Blizzard watch remains in effect from Tuesday morning through
Tuesday afternoon...

* timing... blizzard conditions are possible by Tuesday morning.

* Winds/visibility... north to northwest winds of 25 to 35 mph with
gusts to 45 mph could produce quarter mile or less visibility in
falling and blowing snow on Tuesday.

* Snow/ice accumulations... 3 to 5 inches of snow with locally
higher amounts possible.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A blizzard watch means there is a potential for blowing and
falling snow... that in combination with strong winds could create
extremely poor visibilities. This can lead to whiteout conditions
and make travel very dangerous.
