southern Davison County in southeastern South Dakota...

southwestern Hanson County in southeastern South Dakota...

* until 645 am CDT Saturday

* at 637 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen.

* until 1230 am CDT

* at 630 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain
have already fallen and a few spots may have received upwards of
three inches.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mitchell... Mount Vernon... Letcher... Artesian... Loomis... Vilas and
Roswell.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams... as well as farm and country roads. Do not
attempt to travel across flooded roads. Find alternate routes.
