afternoon Sunday. If light rain falls late tonight and early
Sunday... the rainfall amount will likely not be enough to
sustain fuel moisture in dormant fuels by Sunday afternoon
given the projected wind speeds.
* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
