The National Weather Service in Aberdeen has issued a Wind Chill
Advisory... which is in effect from midnight CST /11 PM MST/
tonight to noon CST /11 am MST/ Monday.
* Timing... bitterly cold wind chills are expected late tonight
through Monday morning.
* Wind chill values... 25 below to 35 below zero late tonight into
* Impacts... the combination of winds and cold temperatures can
cause frostbite to exposed skin in less than 30 minutes.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
