National Weather Service Doppler radar continued to indicate a severe thunderstorm capable of producing penny size hail... and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. This storm was located near Hickory Grove... or 9 miles west of York... moving southeast at 15 mph. Other locations in the warning include but are not limited to Sharon and McConnells Precautionary/preparedness actions... People in the path of this storm should be alert for large hail and damaging winds. Frequent lightning and locally heavy rain can occur with any thunderstorm.
