Special Statement
Statement as of 10:40 PM EST on February 26, 2015

... Patchy black ice possible early Friday...

Although wintry precipitation has been spotty across the southern
portions of upstate South Carolina and extreme northeast
Georgia... roads remain wet in places across the
area... particularly in sheltered locations. Temperatures will
fall below freezing before daybreak... creating the potential for
areas of black ice. Less traveled secondary roads are especially
likely to have icy patches. Drivers should exercise caution.
