...Strong winds tonight across eastern Massachusetts...Rhode Island...and southeastern New Hampshire...

Strong northeasterly winds gusting as high as 40 kts will continue through tonight as rain moves over eastern Massachusetts...Rhode Island...and southeastern New Hampshire. Most of these winds will fall below Wind Advisory criteria...though a few gusts may exceed 40 kts. Aside...because of the fully leaved trees...winds up to 40 kts will be enough to bring down trees and tree limbs. In addition...any Holiday decorations that are not tied down will likely be blown around.
