Showers and isolated thunderstorms have begun to develop across these areas and will stream westward while affecting surrounding municipalities. Some storms will produce locally heavy rainfall which may lead to ponding of water on roadways...wind gusts up to 25 mph...reduced visibilities...as well as dangerous cloud to ground lightning as they pass by. The heaviest rainfall was now in and around areas from Cidra west southwest to Sabana Grande. At least until 6 PM AST additional showers may develop and affect these areas.
