At 139 PM EDT... strong thunderstorms were along a line from 11 miles south of Olean to 13 miles southeast of Bradford to Kane to 22 miles southwest of Kane... moving east at 45 mph. Wind gusts to 45 mph and pea-sized hail are possible with these storms. Very heavy rain of up to one inch in just 30 minutes will fall from these storms... and will cause water to pond on roads and quickly fill roadside ditches and small streams. Also expect frequent... dangerous cloud to ground lightning from these storms. Do not stay in the open nor seek shelter under trees when lightning threatens... move indoors when a thunderstorm approaches. These storms will be near Oswayo around 200 PM...
