West Chester around 1145 PM... Concordville... Westtown around midnight... Chelsea and Village Green-Green Ridge around 1215 am.
Very heavy rain will fall from this storm... and will cause water to pond on roads and quickly fill roadside ditches and small streams.
Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are possible with this storm.
