Snow. Snow may be heavy at times after midnight. Additional snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches. Not as cool with lows in the mid 20s. East winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow near 100 percent.

Snow. Snow may be heavy at times in the morning. Total snow accumulation of 12 to 18 inches. Brisk with highs around 30. North winds 15 to 25 mph. Chance of snow near 100 percent.
Cloudy. A chance of snow showers in the evening. Brisk with lows in the lower 20s. Northwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. Chance of snow 50 percent.

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Wednesday.
A strengthening area of low pressure will lift into the Ohio Valley this morning. Early Wednesday a secondary area of low pressure is expected to develop near the middle Atlantic coast and slowly lift north along the New Jersey coast Wednesday afternoon.
Snow will develop across the central sections of Pennsylvania around midday and increase in intensity and coverage through the evening and overnight period. Snow may be heavy at times overnight through Wednesday before tapering to flurries late in the day. Snowfall rates could approach one inch per hour overnight and early Wednesday for portions of the Susquehanna River valley.
Total snowfall accumulations are expected to average between 8 and 12 inches over the central mountains. Higher totals of a foot or more expected along and southeast of I-81... including Harrisburg... York and Lancaster.
