Coastal Flood Advisory
Statement as of 3:00 AM EST on November 12, 2009
... Coastal Flood Advisory in effect until 3 am EST Saturday...
The National Weather Service has issued a coastal Flood Advisory.
It is in effect until 3:00 am on Saturday.
With the persistent onshore flow, water will not be allowed to drain
from the tidal section of the Delaware River during the next few
days. As a result, widespread minor tidal flooding is likely around
the times of high tide through at least Friday night.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
Do not drive through flood waters, the water may be deeper than you
think it is.
