The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a
* flood advisory for...
Erie County in northwest Pennsylvania
northern Crawford County in northwest Pennsylvania
* until 230 PM EDT
* heavy thunderstorm rains will cause flooding of low lying areas
and poor drainage areas. Visibility will be near zero during the
heavier downpours. Rainfall rates of an inch every 30 minutes can be
expected. Motorists should be alert for water on roadways.
