... Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain...
Through midnight, showers and scattered thunderstorms will continue
to move across eastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey.
Some locations may experience a period of heavy rain that could
result in flooding of roadways and areas of poor drainage.
Do not drive through flood waters, the water may be deeper than you
think it is.
Wind gusts to 35 mph and small hail are also possible.
