National Weather Service Doppler radar estimates and rain gage reports indicated very heavy rain of 2 to 3 inches from numerous training thunderstorms that have occurred through this evening across Columbia... eastern Union... Montour... northeastern Snyder... Northumberland and Schuylkill counties. Additional thunderstorms will bring another 1 to 1.5 inches of rain to portions of the warned area overnight. * Locations in the warning include but are not limited to Danville... Selinsgrove... Doppler radar estimates that 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen in the past few hours from near Kratzerville... northwest to Mifflinburg and Laurelton center. Expect minor flooding of poor drainage areas and small streams to begin shortly. * Locations in the advisory include but are not limited to Freeburg... Selinsgrove... Herndon... Northumberland... Shamokin... Snydertown... Sunbury... Lewisburg... Mifflinburg and New Berlin.
