Winter Weather Advisory
Statement as of 9:33 PM EST on February 28, 2015

... Winter Weather Advisory now in effect from 8 am Sunday to 2 am
EST Monday...

* locations... the lower Susquehanna River valley.

* Hazard types... snow. Some freezing rain may mix in late in the
day on Sunday... mainly to the south of the Turnpike.

* Snow accumulations... 2 to 4 inches.

* Ice accumulations... a trace.

* Timing... snow will overspread the region Sunday morning and
continue through sunset on Sunday. Snow could mix with freezing
rain late Sunday afternoon or early evening... but most of the
precipitation should be snow. Most areas will see nothing more
than flurries after 9 or 10 PM on Sunday.

* Impacts... hazardous travel from snow or slush covered roads and
poor visibility at times. Across southern parts of the
state... untreated roadways and walkways may become icy if the
freezing rain mixes in to the snow.

Hazardous winter weather conditions are expected or occurring.
