Statement as of 3:22 AM EST on February 12, 2012

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 10 am EST this
morning...

* accumulations... additional accumulation from 4 am through 10 am
should range from an inch to locally 4 inches.

* Timing... snow showers will taper down by late morning.

* Winds... west 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Impacts... snow accumulation and blowing snow can make roads
slick... requiring lower speeds and greater distances between
vehicles while driving.

* Temperatures... 15 to 20.

* Visibilities... locally a quarter mile or less in snow and
blowing snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning is issued when severe winter weather is
expected. Heavy snow and/or ice will cause hazardous driving
conditions. If you will be traveling in the warning area you
should choose an alternate Route if possible... or you should use
