morning...

* accumulations... additional accumulation from 4 am through 10 am
should range from one to locally 3 inches.

* Timing... snow showers will taper down by late morning.

* Winds... west 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Impacts... snow accumulation and blowing snow can make roads
slick... requiring lower speeds and greater distances between
vehicles while driving.

* Temperatures... upper teens to lower 20s.

* Visibilities... locally a quarter mile or less in blowing snow.
