Strong winds associated with intensifying low pressure off the Oregon coast will combine with a potent jet stream aloft to cause increasing wind speeds overnight. Expect sustained winds near 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph across Harney... Baker and Malheur counties through 10 am PST Tuesday.
