Rain in the morning...then rain likely in the afternoon. Breezy. Snow level 2000 feet in the afternoon. No snow accumulation. Highs around 45. Southwest wind 15 to 25 mph shifting to the northwest 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.

Snow levels will hover around 2500 feet this morning... and as low as 1500 feet Friday and Friday night. This may bring a dusting of snow to the highest part of the Cascade foothills and Upper Hood River Valley today... with possible accumulating snow by Friday. Even the higher elevations of the Coast Range could see some snow later Friday or Friday night.
If you are planning travel through the higher elevations over the next couple of days... be prepared for winter driving conditions and snow covered roads. Carry chains... extra clothing and provisions in your car. Hunters... hikers... and climbers should be prepared for winter weather.

Snow levels will possibly be as low as 2500 feet or so later tonight and Thursday morning... and between 1500 and 2500 feet later Thursday night and Friday. This will likely bring a dusting of snow to the Cascade foothills and Upper Hood River Valley on Wednesday night and Thursday... with possible accumulating snow by Friday.
