...Another surge of cold air for the weekend...

Another Arctic cold front is expected to move across the region during the weekend. A Pacific cold front will move through the region later tonight...then the Arctic front will move into the area Saturday. High temperatures on Saturday will mainly be in the 30s...cooling to the 20s and low 30s on Sunday and Monday. Overnight lows Sunday and Monday mornings will be mostly in the teens...locally in the single digits in the mountains. There is a possibility of some light snow accumulations late tonight through through Saturday evening as snow levels drop. Those traveling this weekend are urged to keep aware of the latest forecasts as this event unfolds.

The cold front is expected to drop southward out of Canada Friday night and move through the forecast area on Saturday and Saturday night. High temperatures on Saturday will only be in the 30s...cooling to the 20s and low 30s on Sunday and Monday. Overnight lows this weekend will be mostly in the teens...locally in the single digits in the mountains. There is a possibility of some light snow accumulations Saturday and Saturday night as snow levels drop.
