... Freeze watch in effect from Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning... The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a freeze watch... which is in effect from Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning. Minimum temperature near 30 degrees fahrenheit is probable early Wednesday morning. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible. These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
