... Heat advisory remains in effect until 9 PM CDT Saturday...
A heat advisory remains in effect until 9 PM CDT Saturday.
Afternoon high temperatures will climb to 100 or above on Friday
and Saturday. Afternoon heat index values will reach 105 to
110 both days. Early morning temperatures will only fall into the
mid to upper 70s.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A heat advisory means that a period of hot temperatures is

create a situation in which heat illnesses are possible. Drink
plenty of water... stay in an air-conditioned room... stay out of
the sun... and check up on relatives and neighbors.
