The main areas that will be affected extend from around Buffalo...southeast toward Freedom...Quinlan... and Waynoka. Rainfall amounts will be light...generally a tenth of an inch or less. Most if not all of the rain should dissipate before reaching the Fairview and Enid areas. Elsewhere...light winds and partly cloudy skies will be the rule for most of the day. It will be warmer than yesterday...but still near or below averages for early July.
