regional weather discussion... showers in the Oklahoma Panhandle into northwest Oklahoma will move east early this morning. The most likely area to be affected would be north of a line from Woodward to Alva Oklahoma. Rainfall will be very light. In fact.... this activity will likely produce more wind than rain... with some wind gusts to 40 mph possible. An outflow boundary from the activity will also continue to move east across portions of the northern Oklahoma causing wind gusts to around 30 mph.
