regional weather discussion... an area of light rain will move slowly southeast over portions of northern Oklahoma this morning. The main areas that will be affected extend from around Buffalo...southeast toward Freedom...Quinlan... and Waynoka. Rainfall amounts will be light...generally a tenth of an inch or less. Most if not all of the rain should dissipate before reaching the Fairview and Enid areas. Elsewhere...light winds and partly cloudy skies will be the rule for most of the day. It will be warmer than yesterday...but still near or below averages for early July.
Decreasing clouds. Slight chance of light rain late in the morning...then chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 80s. East winds around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation 30 percent.
