Now
At 1:50 PM...National Weather Service Doppler radars indicated areas of rain showers occurring across portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. These showers and thunderstorms were located along and north of a line from just north of McAlester to near Bentonville. All of this activity was moving northeast at around 30 mph. Through 3 PM...showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to develop and spread across portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Locations to be affected will be mainly along and to the north of a McAlester to Winslow to Eureka Springs line. Hourly rainfall amounts will generally be up to a tenth of an inch...with locally higher amounts of up towards a half inch possible beneath the heavier showers and thunderstorms.
