At 320 am...the rain that had been over northwest Arkansas had moved east of the area. Further to the west some patches of light rain and drizzle were moving into eastern Oklahoma from central Oklahoma. The rain and drizzle were generally west of a Bartlesville to Tulsa to McAlester to Hugo line. Through 430 am...patches of light rain and drizzle will occur across eastern Oklahoma. The precipitation will move to the northeast at 20 miles an hour. Rainfall amounts will be small.
