At 2:54 PM...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms occurring in the wake of a cold front entrenched across far southeast Oklahoma and west- central Arkansas. The activity continues primarily behind the front and was lifting northeast at around 30 miles per hour. Through 4:30 PM...occasional showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Locations primarily effected include those along and north of an Antlers to Cass to forum line. Average hourly rainfall of up to one tenth of an inch will remain common with locally higher amounts to one half inch possible in moderate to heavy downpours and where thunderstorms occur.
