At 1130 am...a cold front stretched from near Selman...to Fort Supply and Shattuck...then southwestward into the Texas Panhandle. Behind the front...winds blew from the north at 20 to 25 mph...with a few gusts over 30 mph. The sky was mostly cloudy northwest of the front...and temperatures were in the upper 30s to the middle 40s. The wind chill was in the lower 30s. By 1 PM...cooler temperatures and strong north winds will slip further east...with the front expected to reach a line from near Freedom to Woodward and Crawford. Ahead of the front...the wind will be from the south at 15 to 20 mph and temperatures will be mostly in the 60s through early afternoon.
