At 4:33 PM...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms ongoing across much of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. The activity continues to lift northeast at around 30 miles per hour. Through 5:45 PM...scattered showers will continue for much of eastern Oklahoma and continue to slowly expand eastward deeper into Arkansas. Locations that will likely be effected during this time include those generally along and to the north of a Hugo to Harrison Arkansas line. Average hourly rainfall of up to one tenth of an inch will remain common with locally higher amounts to one half inch possible with thunderstorms.
