Now
At 7:05 PM...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms lifting northeast at 30 miles per hour through eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. The area was generally shifting eastward with the back edge of the precipitation now located roughly along the Interstate 44 corridor. Through 8:30 PM...occasional showers and isolated thunderstorms will remain possible for much of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Locations likely to be effected include those generally along and to the east of a Durant to Miami line...where average hourly rainfall of up to one tenth of an inch will remain common. Locally higher amounts to one half inch will be possible with intense showers and where thunderstorms occur. To the west of the aforementioned line there will remain the chance for patchy light rain and drizzle during this time.
