At 11:30 PM...National Weather Service Doppler radars continued to indicate a narrow band of showers and thunderstorms along a southeastward moving cold front...located just south of the Interstate 44 corridor. Further south clusters of showers and thunderstorms continued...primarily south of Interstate 40. The strongest activity was occurring over Latimer...and Le Flore counties with storms moving east at 25 mph. Through 12:30 am...showers and thunderstorms will continue across portions of eastern Oklahoma and west central Arkansas. The stronger storms will continue across far southeast Oklahoma with gusty winds to 40 miles an hour...torrential rains and dangerous lightning.
