regional weather discussion... thunderstorms will move across northern Oklahoma through 11 am. At 845 am... an area of showers and thunderstorms was moving east and southeast across southern Kansas into northern Oklahoma. The storms will affect areas mainly north of a line from Woodward... to Enid... to Blackwell Oklahoma through 10 am. Some of the storms may be strong producing small hail and gusty winds. The storms are expected to weaken later this morning as they move into a less favorable airmass. At 845 am... areas of fog... with some patchy dense fog... continued across portions of central Oklahoma. Visibilities have begun to increase... ranging from 2 to 5 miles. However... a few locations still have visibilities of a half a mile or less. Drivers should be prepared for sudden changes in visibilities. The fog will continue to dissipate through 10 am.
