At 10:30 PM...National Weather Service radars indicated scattered showers along a line from Coweta...to Weleetka. Other isolated showers were located across Pittsburgh County. These showers were in advance of a cold front which was moving into northeast Oklahoma...followed by gusty northwesterly winds and temperatures falling into the upper 40s. The showers were moving northeast at 40 mph and rainfall amounts have been less than one tenth of an inch. Through 11:30 PM...scattered showers will continue along the advancing cold front. Locations along a line from Vinita...to Muskogee...to McAlester have the highest rain chances. Any rainfall amounts will remain light. Additionally...winds will turn northwesterly with gusts up to 35 mph behind the frontal passage.
