dense fog advisory in effect until 10 am CST for the southwest Texas Panhandle... Low clouds and areas of fog have once again developed across the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles. Visibilities are likely to be reduced between one and two miles at most locations. Across the southwest Texas Panhandle...dense fog has developed with visibilities dropping to a quarter of a mile at times. Locations such as Adrian... Vega...and Hereford will most likely be affected by the dense fog. Low visibilities are expected to continue through early this morning...with improvements expected around midday.
