Nowcast | as of 9:48 PM CDT on June 29, 2015

At 9:48 PM...National Weather Service Doppler radars continued to detect a couple isolated thunderstorms affecting portions of southeast Oklahoma...within southern Pittsburg and northern Pushmataha counties. These storms has weakened over the past hour...and were no longer producing large hail. All of this activity was slowly moving toward the southwest. Through 11:00 PM...isolated showers and thunderstorms will remain possible over southeast Oklahoma...south of Highway 40. Now that the sun has set...and daytime heating is less...the remaining showers and storms should continue to diminish...and remain below severe limits. The showers will...however...still produce moderate rainfall and cloud to ground lightning.
