458 PM EDT Thu Sep 3 2015

The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
southern Summit County in northeastern Ohio...
southwestern Portage County in northeastern Ohio...
southeastern Medina County in northeastern Ohio...

* until 800 PM EDT

* at 458 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Most flood deaths occur in automobiles. Never drive your vehicle into
areas where the water covers the roadway. Flood waters are usually
deeper than they appear. Just one foot of flowing water is powerful
enough to sweep vehicles off the Road. When encountering flooded
roads make the smart choice... turn around... dont drown.
