through Thursday afternoon...

* hazard types... potential heavy snow Wednesday into Thursday.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 4 to 7 inches.

* Timing... rain will change over to snow Wednesday morning and
increase in intensity Wednesday evening. The snow will remain
across the area Wednesday night into Thursday morning before
diminishing Thursday afternoon.

* Impacts... hazardous travel conditions are possible due to
reduced visibilities and snow accumulations.
