Statement as of 3:01 PM CST on December 19, 2009
... Untreated roads to remain slippery into this evening...
Light snow will continue across much of the area... with the
greatest chance of additional accumulations occurring west of
Interstate 69. An additional inch or so of snow can be expected
into early evening. Many primary roads are plowed and salted... but
secondary roads will remain snow covered and slippery into tonight
as temperatures slowly fall. Motorists should be aware of
potentially slick roadways and plan extra time to reach their
destination.
