... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM EST this
afternoon...

Hazardous weather...

* freezing rain... mixed at times with sleet and snow... will persist
   into the early afternoon hours. Precipitation will become all
   rain by mid to late afternoon.

* Ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch.

* As temperatures warm above freezing later this afternoon...
   icing from freezing rain will end.

Impacts...

* roads... overpasses and intersections will be icy and
   dangerous.

* Sidewalks and driveways will also be icy and dangerous.

* Untreated roads will be icy into the mid to late afternoon.
