... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 1 PM EST
Thursday...

* hazard types... heavy snow.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches... along
with zero inches of ice.

* Timing... mixed precipitation will transition to snow early this
afternoon. The snow will increase in intensity this evening and
will remain across the area tonight into Thursday morning before
diminishing.

* Impacts... hazardous travel conditions are possible due to
reduced visibilities and snow accumulations.

... Flood Watch now in effect until 6 PM EST this evening...

The Flood Watch is now in effect for

* portions of southeast Indiana... Kentucky and Ohio... including
the following areas... in southeast Indiana... Ohio and
Switzerland. In Kentucky... Boone... Bracken... Campbell...
Carroll... Gallatin... Grant... Kenton... Lewis... Mason... Owen...
Pendleton and Robertson. In Ohio... Adams... Brown... Clermont...
Hamilton... Highland... Hocking... Pike... Ross and Scioto.

* Until 6 PM EST this evening

* moderate to heavy rain will continue to affect the watch area
through late afternoon. An additional half inch of rain is
possible with localized higher amounts before rain changes to
snow this afternoon. With snow on the ground and frozen
soils... runoff from the rainfall could be significant and lead
to widespread flooding of poorly drained areas... low lying
areas... small creeks and streams... and some rivers.


* Flooding of some low lying roadways is expected.
