... Cold wind chill temperatures expected early this morning...

The combination of the wind and cold temperatures will produce
wind chill temperatures between 0 and 5 below zero through 8 am.
Temperatures along with the wind chills will begin to increase
after that.

Frostbite can happen in a short period of time. Those venturing
outdoors should dress appropriately for winter weather conditions.
Wear layered clothing... a hat..scarf and gloves.

The combination of wind and temperatures dropping into the single
digits will produce wind chill temperatures between 0 and 10 below
tonight into Sunday morning.
