Winter Storm Warning
Statement as of 2:15 PM EST on January 31, 2015

...Winter Storm Warning in effect from 4 am Sunday to noon EST Monday...

The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow...which is in effect from 4 am Sunday to noon EST Monday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect.

* Ice accumulations...a trace possible south of a Youngstown to Marion line..

* snow accumulations...8 to 12 inches. The higher accumulations are expected to be across Northern Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania.

* Snow beginning...snow will develop early Sunday morning.

* Period of most intense snow...the heaviest snow will fall Sunday afternoon through 4 am Monday.

* Snow ending...Monday morning.

* Winds...northeast 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Impacts...hazardous travel conditions are expected due to heavy snow accumulations and reduced visibilities.
