Special Statement
Statement as of 8:00 PM EDT on March 28, 2015

... Areas of black ice possible overnight...

Snow showers will gradually taper off this evening. Much of the
snow which occurred today melted on contact with most pavement
surfaces. However... as the sun sets... lingering water from melted
snow will likely freeze up as temperatures fall well below the
freezing mark. This will create areas of black ice... especially on
untreated pavement surfaces including roadways... parking
lots... and driveways. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use
extra caution if driving or walking this evening and overnight.
