The short term forecast for the Niagara Frontier. Showers will continue to pass through the region this evening. At 725 PM such showers were near Angola on the Lake and Brant in southern Erie County. Other showers were near the Wyoming and Genesee County line and another batch from Holley in Orleans County southwestward to Pembroke. All these showers are advancing eastward and will produce around a tenth of an inch of rain or less. Across northern Erie and Niagara County much of the area will remain dry, however light showers across Lake Ontario may pass through Niagara later this evening. A rumble of thunder cannot be ruled out with this activity.
