As part of winter weather awareness week the National Weather Service in Binghamton will issue public information statements each day. These statements will highlight specific winter weather forecast terminology or winter weather safety procedures. The scheduled release of public information statements is as follows: Monday... ..November 16... ..Normal Pennsylvania winter weather and sources of weather information. Tuesday... .November 17... . National Weather Service Winter Storm Watch... warning... and advisory forecast terminology. Wednesday..November 18... ..Be prepared before the storm strikes. Thursday... November 19... ..Be safe... during and after the storm. Friday... ..November 20... ... snow squalls. For those with internet access... all of our weather information is available online. Simply go to www.Weather.Gov and then click on northeast Pennsylvania. This will take you to the main webpage of the National Weather Service in Binghamton... NY.
